Gift Voucher terms and conditions of use

Vouchers can be redeemed online or at any of our events, as full or part payment for our products, any unspent amount will be put onto a new voucher and sent with your order.  

To redeem online simply enter unique single use code printed on the gift voucher into the promo box at checkout.

Higher value items can be selected, with additional payment being made.  

Gift vouchers cannot be used for postage costs this will need to be paid at checkout, unless items are being collected. 

Gift voucher must be used within 12 months of date of issue, date of issue will be clearly printed on the gift voucher.  All gift vouchers will expire 12 months from date of issue.

A gift voucher can not be used to purchase a further gift voucher.

Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers are not refundable in whole or in part.

Where Products purchased online with a gift voucher are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a gift voucher.

Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. 'Enid and Me' will not accept liability for gift vouchers lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission and we are under no obligation to provide a replacement in these circumstances, however please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Enid and Me reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift vouchers at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
