Do you offer gift Vouchers
Looking for something special but don't know what to get.... here at Enid and Me we have the perfect gift, why not get a beautifully hand crafted gift voucher in foil print that can be spent at Enid and Me, giving the lucky recipient the choice from our full range. Gift cards start from £10 credit and include a free foil print gift card or alternatively we can send a electronic version if you would prefer. Find them in our shop.
How long will my order take?
From when you order your item our team will endeavour to get it to you as quickly as possible, we aim to complete all orders within 5 working days, however this can vary during peak times. All of our items are individually made to order and therefore it can take time to ensure its perfect. If you require your order quicker please let us know and we will try our best to help. If you require a 24hr turn around we do also have our speedy order option.
How do I receive my item?
All items can be collected locally from our Cardiganshire base or posted.
For collection you will be notified once your item is ready for collection.
For postage our items are usually received within 3 days from dispatch, you will be notified once your item has been dispatched. All items will be suitably packaged, we also have a gift package option should you require it.
How do IÂ make sure my personalisation is correct?
We will personalise all items exactly as you have written, please double check spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters. If for any reason due to font type or style of the item your request needs to be altered you will be contacted to confirm. We do not take responsibility for any typos or errors when order is inputted so please take your time and check what you enter. Personalised products can only be returned and refunded if they are faulty. We are unable to alter any personalisation once your order has been submitted.
What are the payment options?
All items can be ordered via our website or through direct message, we take payment at time of order as most items are personalised.
What is your return policy?
We gladly except returns or refunds, unless the item is personalised with specific details such as a name or date. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase and return within 28 days of purchase. Return shipping is to be met by the buyer unless faulty. All items returned must be in their original condition. Any loss of value will be deducted from the refund. We do not accept returns on personalised items unless faulty.

Any personalisation will be created exactly as you have typed on your order form, we cannot be held responsible for any omissions/errors that may occur when you enter the personalisation request, inc typos. Please check your request carefully before submitting order.
